Fatima was born in 610, she was married to Ali in 622 and the wedding was in 624, similar to Aisha.
But this is getting irksome. I looked into a Islamic law book. There was no mention of the hadiths we are discussing here with heat.
The verse referred to was 6th verse of Women (Nisa).
"4:6 Make trial of orphans until they reach the age of marriage; if then ye find sound judgment in them, release their property to them; but consume it not wastefully, nor in haste against their growing up. If the guardian is well-off, Let him clai m no remuneration, but if he is poor, let him have for himself what is just and reasonable. When ye release their property to them, take witnesses in their presence: But all-sufficient is God in taking account. "
So as you see age of marriage and sound judgement is linked together. So, at the age of marriage, boys or girls are expected to have a maturity of judgement that willl enable them to take control their own properties. This age is clearly not 6, 8 or 9. This age is 12-14 where girls normally pass the line of puberty.
Also one of the conditions of a lawful marriage is consent. If there's no consent of both marrying sides then the marriage is invalid. A 6-9 year old cannot make that judgement.
I told you, the analysis of the hadith scholars are used by islamic law scholars and that reflects on the lives of Muslims. Do you see a tendency pedophily in Muslims? No...so then Muhammad was not.
When you see a hadith that Muslims do not apply, just consider that hadith might be:
1) fabricated
2) erronous
3) abrogated
4) of different context
This way of thinking is a lot better than the PSEUDO SCHOLARSHIP that is exhibited here.
