Aburaees, brother H2O brought a decisive evidence. Hadiths cannot override Qur'an. If they contradict Qur'an explicitly then we doubt the health of the hadith. That does not mean Muhammad did something that contadicts Qur'an, but that hadith is wrong even if it is sahih in isnad.
Another decisive evidence would be the way how hadith scholars handled these hadiths. These hadiths come from a single source Hisham bin Urwa. Urwa was a companion of prophet. Hisham was his son. Hisham narrated many hadiths through his father. He moved from Madinah to Iraq at a certain time and spent rest of his life there. Yaqub ibn Shaibah, author of the famous Tehzib-ul Tehzib on hadith narrators, states that Hisham bin Urwa is a reliable narrator except those hadith that moved on through people of Iraq. These hadiths are such.
Also there are some other hadiths that contradict the age of Aisha. They do not make particular reference to her age, but her age is predicted from the events. A hadith says for example Aisha joined the war of Badr and Uhud. She should be of certain age to be qualify to go to the battlefield as medic. Limit age for boys to fight were 15 yrs.
In another hadith Aisha says "she does not remember her father practising any belief other than Islam." If she was born after the Revealation to Muhammad, this phrase would be meaningless because there would be no act of "remembering" plausable. From that one can predict she was born before the 610 when Muhammad was given the revealation. So, in 610 Aisha might be 2-4 years old that she would not remember these years and in 622 when she married to Muhammad, she would be 14-16. (Think that if you have not been to Italy, would you state that this way "I dont remember being to Italy")
