Religious Cults & False Prophets~ Discussions and DebatesCritical Identity of BaptismSo "containing doctrine" and being "profitable for doctrine" does not equate to the same thing? (Trinitarian thinkers consistently dream-up the most ridiculous "distinctions" - like when Jesus said "My God and your God" he didn't say "OUR God" ) So do you agree that what you deem the "historical" parts of Acts are profitable for doctrine or not? You know, the parts where people were baptized, how they were baptized, spoke in tongues, etc? This is what Aineo does not believe should be considered "doctrine". But you have said that these histories ARE "profitable for doctrine", so now tell us the difference between "doctrine" and that which is "profitable for doctrine". |
