Christian/Muslim ThreadsDebunking Abdurrahman: Pauls corruption of Jesus ChristAbdurrahman wrote: Kai responds: In what sense does Acts 9 and Galatians 1 contradict each other? In both passages he avoids any influence at the earlier stage. Further, even apostles need a beginning and development. Are you saying that Muhammad had no beginning of prophethood and no development; Muhammad even doubted his prophethood and his Koranic revelation. Allah even commanded Muhammad to consult the Christian, Jews and their Scripture. Hmm, does the Koran her give credit to the Bible as it was revealed and perceived in Muhammad’s era. Abdurrahman wrote: Kai responds: I have already responded to this, your claim agreeing with Scripture, history or even common knowledge. Why did Jesus command his disciples to make disciples of all nations (Matthew 28: 18-20)? YOU NEED TO GO HOME AND DO SOME HOMEWORK. Abdurrahman wrote: Kai replies: What split, could you please read the passage again, and explain us properly how an actual split took place. Further how do you relate your claim to the book of Acts and Scriptures of the church fathers? Abdurrahman wrote: Kai replies: O’man, this is getting boring, just read the Gospels, ok! Abdurrahman wrote: Kai replies: What, could you please look at the passages and present the evidence? Abdurrahman wrote: Kai replies: So now you are contradiction your self again: was it from the Damascus vision experience or from the mystery religions; can you make up your mind? Abdurrahman wrote:
Kai replies: I have studied all this, you are again presenting speculation, could please post the actual passage or inscription concerning Osiris, Attis, Adonis, etc and prove this to us. Secondly could you relate this to Paul and Jesus and prove to us that they are comparatively similar. Could you also explain how early Christians particularly the Jewish Christians would accept such ideas, especially since the eyewitnesses of Jesus life, death and resurrection were still alive at this particular point of time. Further did you consider that Christians believe that Jesus was God and man even before his death, he was not divinised of his death experience. Abdurrahman wrote: Kai replies: How do you prove that Paul inserted Cor.11: 23-26 into the Gospel? How could that even be possibly? Think about complications: Paul did not write the gospels and did not even possess the Gospels. If he attempted to insert his own theology he would be sorted out by his fellow Christians, since the Gospels were already circulating in several places. Thus even inserting heresy into one would not effect the others. But I would like to see the evidence bro. Abdurrahman wrote: Kai replies: How do prove that the Jerusalem church did not practice the Eucharist? What are you attempting? This whole thing you bring up is mere speculation, one silly claim to support and confirm another. Abdurrahman wrote: Kai replies: What has this got to do with the subject above? So he could write like a Greek and a Rabbi, and so????????? Abdurrahman wrote: Kai replies: Of course, what else do you expect, he wrote to Greeks, and of course he would apply the greek translation, so? Abdurrahman wrote: Kai replies: Again speculation, please present me some evidence of how all this stuff above relates; quite honestly bro, reading this stuff I wonder about your mental state. Kai replies: The older canons we possess do not verify what you are claiming, and if the order was different so what. |
