The descending of the New Jerusalem can be observed in these ayahs as well:
• 26.90
• 50.31
• 67.27
Summary of 81.13:
• The Book of Revelation dictates Koranic Eschatology
• 81.13 begins with “wa-itha”, which is a continuation of 81.12, and can be rendered as “remember the time”…hence the information contained in this ayah also existed prior to it being penned in Arabic
• Observe that Revelation describes the New Jerusalem as “katabaino”, or descending, three times
• Revelation also describes the New Jerusalem as “paradeisos”, or Paradise
• In like manner, 81.13 informs us that “aljannatu”, or Paradise, is “ozlifat”, or brought near
• Revelation describes the new Jerusalem as having a “teichos”, or wall, around it
• Identically, 81.13 informs us via “jannatu”, that the Paradise garden also has a wall around it
• Revelation tells us that a “xulon”, or tree, will reside in the New Jerusalem
• This is the Tree of Life, and it is mentioned three times
• 81.13, via “jannatu”, informs us that this garden paradise will also contain trees
• Revelation describes the New Jerusalem’s wall as being in the color of “iaspis”, or Jasper, which is typically dark green
• 81.13 describes what is brought near by the root “zalafa”, which means “a green vessel”
• Revelation also describes the numerous colors integrated into the foundations of the wall of the New Jerusalem
• In 81.13, the root “zalafa” also describes what is brought near with the terms “A mother-of-pearl shell, or an oyster shell”…thus amply describing the plethora of similar colors as expressed in Revelation
• Observe that the wall foundational colors mentioned in Revelation represent the 12 apostles of the Lamb (i.e. Jesus)
• By observing the colors of the New Jerusalem in the Koranic Paradise, the authors of the Koran are acknowledging the divinity of Jesus
