The Fifth Trumpet
και ο πεμπτος αγγελος εσαλπισεν και ειδον αστερα εκ του ουρανου πεπτωκοτα εις την γην και εδοθη αυτω η κλεις του φρεατος της αβυσσου

Rev 9.1 And the fifth angel trumpeted, and I saw a star out of heaven having fallen onto the earth. And was given to it the key to the pit of the abyss.
και ηνοιξεν το φρεαρ της αβυσσου και ανεβη καπνος εκ του φρεατος ως καπνος καμινου μεγαλης και εσκοτισθη ο ηλιος και ο αηρ εκ του καπνου του φρεατος
kai hnoixen to frear ths abussou kai anebh kapnos ek tou freatos ws kapnos kaminou megalhs kai eskotwqh o hlios kai o ahr ek tou kapnou tou freatos
Rev 9.2 And he opened the pit of the abyss. And smoke went up out of the pit, like smoke of a great furnace. And the sun was darkened, and the air, by the smoke of the pit.
και εκ του καπνου εξηλθον ακριδες εις την γην και εδοθη αυταις εξουσια ως εχουσιν εξουσιαν οι σκορπιοι της γης

Rev 9.3 And out of the smoke came forth locusts to the earth, and was given to them authority, as have authority the scorpions of the earth.
και ερρεθη αυταις ινα μη αδικησωσιν τον χορτον της γης ουδε παν χλωρον ουδε παν δενδρον ει μη τους ανθρωπους μονους οιτινες ουκ εχουσιν την σφραγιδα του θεου επι των μετωπων αυτων
kai erreqh autais ina mh adikhsousin ton corton ths ghs oude pan clwron oude pan dendron ei mh tous anqrwpous oitines ouk ecousin thn sfragida tou qeou epi twn metwpwn
Rev 9.4 And it was said to them that not they should harm the grass of the earth, nor every green thing, nor every tree, except the men only who not have the seal of God on the foreheads of them.
και εδοθη αυταις ινα μη αποκτεινωσιν αυτους αλλ ινα βασανισθωσιν μηνας πεντε και ο βασανισμος αυτων ως βασανισμος σκορπιου οταν παιση ανθρωπον

Rev 9.5 And it was given to them that not they should kill them, but that they be tormented months five; and the torment of them (is) as (the) torment of a scorpion when it stings a man.
και εν ταις ημεραις εκειναις ζητησουσιν οι ανθρωποι τον θανατον και ουχ ευρησουσιν αυτον και επιθυμησουσιν αποθανειν και φευξεται ο θανατος απ αυτων
kai en tais hmerais ekeinais zhthsousin oi anqrwpoi ton qanaton kai ou mh eurhsousin auton kai epiqumhsousin apoqanein kai feugei o qanatos ap autwn
Rev 9.6 And in days those will seek men death, and not they will find it. And they will long to die, and will flee death from them.
και τα ομοιωματα των ακριδων ομοια ιπποις ητοιμασμενοις εις πολεμον και επι τας κεφαλας αυτων ως στεφανοι ομοιοι χρυσω και τα προσωπα αυτων ως προσωπα ανθρωπων

Rev 9.7 And the likenesses of the locusts like horses having been prepared for war; and on the heads of them as crowns like gold; and the faces of them as the faces of men.
και ειχον τριχας ως τριχας γυναικων και οι οδοντες αυτων ως λεοντων ησαν
kai eicon tricas ws tricas gunaikwn kai oi odontes autwn ws leontwn hsan
Rev 9.8 And they had hairs as hairs of women; and the teeth of them as of lions were;
και ειχον θωρακας ως θωρακας σιδηρους και η φωνη των πτερυγων αυτων ως φωνη αρματων ιππων πολλων τρεχοντων εις πολεμον
kai eicon qwrakas ws qwrakas sidhrous kai h fwnh twn pterugwn autwn ws fwnh armatwn ippwn pollwn trecontwn eis polemon
Rev 9.9 And they had breastplates like iron breastplates; and the sound of their wings was like the sound of chariots with many horses running to war.

Wa-itha almawoodatu su-ilat
81.8 And when she is questioned about the sound
مَوْؤُودَةُ = “mawoodatu”
“mawoodatu” definition:
Feminine singular. A sound, or noise; absolutely: or a loud sound or noise: as that of a wall falling, and the like. The sound occasioned by vehement or heavy treading of the ground: the heavy sound of feet of camels. The braying of a camel. A daughter buried alive; a damsel buried alive; buried alive. Moderation; gentleness; deliberateness; a leisurely manner of proceeding, or of deportment; contrary of hastiness: and gravity; staidness; sedateness; calmness. It comes from the root “wa’ada”, which means he buried his daughter alive in the grave, and put a load of dirt upon her; to bury alive.
الْمَوْؤُودَةُ = “al” + “mawoodatu” = “almawoodatu” = the sound

Summary of 81.8:
• The Book of Revelation dictates Koranic Eschatology
• 81.8 begins with “wa-itha”, which is a continuation of 81.7, and can be rendered as “remember the time”…hence the information contained in this ayah also existed prior to it being penned in Arabic
• Revelation informs us that Demonic Locusts have been released from the “abussos”, which is used as a common receptacle for the dead
• The fact that these demons are alive indicates that they were sealed in the “abussos” while they were still alive
• This same message is revealed to us in 81.8, as “almawoodatu”, and its root “wa’ada”, can mean “to bury alive”
• Revelation also tells us that “phone”, or sound heard, from the Demonic locust wings, is likened to “ the sound of chariots with many horses running to war”
• 81.8 informs us that “almawoodatu”, or the sound heard, is likened to “The sound occasioned by vehement or heavy treading of the ground"
• In reviewing ayahs 81.1 – 81.8, we discover that the Koranic authors have mentioned the events of two trumpet blasts (of the seven described), when Jesus opens the Seventh Seal:
1. 1st trumpet
2. 2nd Trumpet
3. 3rd trumpet
4. 4th Trumpet
5. 5th trumpet
6. 6th trumpet
7. 7th Trumpet
• Thus, as we can already begin to see, the authors of the Koran understood that the Locusts described in Revelation were indeed buried alive and that the sound that they produced is likened to the sound of heavy treading upon the ground just like the Biblical description of many horses running to war
