Christian/Muslim ThreadsMuslim view of the BibleYou know well that there are "other" forged information in there, don't you? And you also know that the Qu'ran does not contain all the information in the Bible, do you? So, if iti s not a perfect replica, then it is not on the same level with the supposed source. Now, you do know that the Qu'ran claims some stuff that is in the Midrash, and Talmud, which it claims God gave to the Jews, yet the Jews never claimed that this was ever given by God, but were the commentaries of the Rabbis!!! The only source they considered from God, is what they contained in the collections they labeled as the Tanakh, which is Torah, Neviim, and Ketuvim. Really? And on whose authority was this done? The fact remains, there is no witness for Mohammed, there is no evidence to support any of his claims about the changes he made. “Have ye any knowledge that ye can adduce for Us? Lo! ye follow naught but an opinion, Lo! ye do but guess.” (6:148) Can the Qu'ran prove its own burden? What if anything of all that you said, is actually verifiable? What correction did the Qu'ran make, that we can go back, and see in the original Scripture, and say, 'hey, yea, we have found a manuscript that said exactly this, and is the oldest in circulation..." or something like that? Uh? The fact that he has forged material in the Qu'ran does not prove that he forged the material? The burden of proof is on Mohammed, to prove that he did not forge it. If you come in making claims about this and that, right and left, and you do not provide a single shred of evidence for why you are claiming this, and use the works of others and modify some of the information, then you better come down with irrefutable evidence that shows you are right. Otherwise, your work is just that, forgery (with modification). |
