Apologetics Forum: Ask questions about Christianity/Debate doctrinesCatholicismAieno Wrote:
You my friend are ethier a liar or you have serious short term memory loss. I did not join this forum to "promote Catholicism". I joned this forum with the intention to converse with muslims, not fellow christians. Before I even knew that you existed I was busy debating with various muslims, on various threads. I accidently found a large number of threads that were started by you, were you attack the Catholic church. I have a number of PM's between me and the web master where I state clearly that, I do NOT wish to debate with you about christianity. I would much rather debate with muslims, however as long as you continue to bring up lies about my church, I will have no option but to continue to defend it. Do not compare Pauls situation to yours, that is popustrous. Aieno Wrote: Avoiding the forum? Yeah, I think you do have short term memory. I posted in that forum no more then a week ago and you told me to go read the "13 threads" do you remember that? I havent had the time yet, be patient. Aieno Wrote: I don't know what the heck you are talking about dude. I am a 100% prepared to talk to you about the Trinity here and now right in this very thread. What discussion 3 years ago? Post the discussion for everyone to see "if ye are truthful", I dont remember such a thing. Aieno Wrote: So let me get this straight. Do you actually think what you post is always correct? Are you not susceptible to error? I think we all know that answer. I do take God at his word, using his Church to explain and interpretate the word for me, not vice versa. There are so many different denominations because they all self interpretate the bible, they have forsaken the church to do it for them, hence all the various conflicting protestant interpretations, denominations and beliefs. Aieno Wrote: The church can not ordain women for biblical reasons, read my previous post. If you read them you might actually learn something about the church. I dont have the time to keep repeating myself to you. I agree God DOES prohibit the bowing to images in WORSHIP. But not all bowing is worship, is it? Do I worship the queen of England when I bow down to her? No! It suggests a respect or recognition of another person's authority, in this case the queens. Gen 27:29; 33:3-7; 37:10; 41:43; 42:6; 43:26; 47:31; 48:12; 49:8; Ruth 2:10; 1 Sam 20:41; 24:8; 25:23, 41; 28:14; 2 Sam 9:8; 14:22, 33; 18:21; 24:20; 1 Kings 1:15, 23 (obeisance), 31(reverence), 47, 53; 2:19; 2 Kings 2:15; 4:37; 1 Chr 21:21; Est 3:2 (reverence); Isa 60:14). READ the bible for a change, you might learn something. You dear friend, expose nothing but biblical ignorance. |
