You are being obtuse. Joel has nothing to do with the 1st or 2nd advent of Jesus. The fact is the Bible records prophecies that cover thousands of years in a few verses. Daniel's 70 weeks is a good example as are the prophecies concerning the suffering and the conquering Messiah.
Acts 2 records the giving of the Holy Spirit to the body of Christ, not just to the 12 apostles, which is your contention; a contention you have already acknowledged is false since 120 people were present in the upper room and all 120 were filled with the Holy Spirit. Scripture does not verify or deny the other 380 believers Jesus appeared to received the gift of the Holy Spirit on the day of Pentecost or as some later date. So if anyone is ignoring what the Bible teaches it is you.
Acts 10:45-48
45 And all the circumcised believers who had come with Peter were amazed, because the gift of the Holy Spirit had been poured out upon the Gentiles also. 46 For they were hearing them speaking with tongues and exalting God. Then Peter answered, 47 "Surely no one can refuse the water for these to be baptized who have received the Holy Spirit just as we did, can he?" 48 And he ordered them to be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ. Then they asked him to stay on for a few days.
NAS
Titus 3:4-7
4 But when the kindness of God our Savior and His love for mankind appeared, 5 He saved us, not on the basis of deeds which we have done in righteousness, but according to His mercy, by the washing of regeneration and renewing by the Holy Spirit, 6 whom He poured out upon us richly through Jesus Christ our Savior, 7 that being justified by His grace we might be made heirs according to the hope of eternal life.
NAS
1 Corinthians 12:4-11
4 Now there are varieties of gifts, but the same Spirit. 5 And there are varieties of ministries, and the same Lord. 6 And there are varieties of effects, but the same God who works all things in all persons. 7 But to each one is given the manifestation of the Spirit for the common good. 8 For to one is given the word of wisdom through the Spirit, and to another the word of knowledge according to the same Spirit; 9 to another faith by the same Spirit, and to another gifts of healing by the one Spirit, 10 and to another the effecting of miracles, and to another prophecy, and to another the distinguishing of spirits, to another various kinds of tongues, and to another the interpretation of tongues. 11 But one and the same Spirit works all these things, distributing to each one individually just as He wills. NAS
Acts 2 records the Spirit being "poured out" on those present in the upper room. Now where does Scripture record the Spirit is "poured out" on all other believers? Peter understood Joel's prophecy as being fulfilled in Acts 2, which is why he quoted it.
