ArchivedThe Quran - Is pre-ordained sin mans responsibility?Carol wrote: "Saying, Where is he that is born King of the Jews? for we have seen his star in the east, and are come to worship him" [Matthew 2:2]. Now if you say that Jesus didn't say that but the wise men did, then this wise men met and worship the wrong person! "Nathanael answered and saith unto him, Rabbi, thou art the Son of God; thou art the King of Israel" [John 1:49] Again if you say that Jesus didn't say that but Nathanael did, then Nathanael talked and give the title the Son of God to the wrong person! "Took branches of palm trees, and went forth to meet him, and cried, Hosanna: Blessed is the King of Israel that cometh in the name of the Lord". [John 12:13]. Again if you say that Jesus didn't say that but the crowd did, then crowd received the wrong person! "And one of the elders saith unto me, Weep not: behold, the Lion of the tribe of Juda, the Root of David, hath prevailed to open the book, and to loose the seven seals thereof" [Revelations 5:5] Again if you say that Jesus didn't say that but one of the elders did, then this one of the elder received the wrong person! Well I read all the answers, and I must admitt that more confusions is added to the confusions  Examples: What ever this pain is, what ever this pain is painful, the one who's holding this pain is God himself as Christian brothers claim and not a simple man, and it just doesn't make any sense according to Christian story why would Jesus the God acted like that. This Trinity rose more problems than it might solve them. What darkness? Why this darkness is not mentioned in John? Why this darkness isn't mentioned in any historical record? If you mean a solar eclipse, well this is impossible cause I have the date for Middle Eastern eclipse over written history and none of them fits that time. And if you talking about non-literal darkness, then what about the dead who took a walk in the city? What happened to them? Where did they go? What did they did? And why this darkness is similar to the darkness recorded at the death of Julius Czar in 44 BC? May be he knew what was his mission is, but (please forgive my expression) Jesus was coward and wanted to run his mission by praying to God to let him bypass this experience and then he accepted his mission: "Yet not as I will, but as you will" [Matthew 26:39]. We are talking here about God himself and not a coward soldier. Please enough verses twisting. It is said: "He went away again the second time, and prayed, saying, O my Father, if this cup may not pass away from me, except I drink it, thy will be done". [Matthew 26:42]. Still the word "OTHERWISE" ruining any explanation or an excuse. Then I just wanna ask: Why did Jesus teach those 12 men since the majority of the message is delivered through Paul? I think this teaching is ridiculous! Alexei |
