Please do not make a mockery out of God.
Alpha wrote:And how can you say Christianity teaches suicide and murder? It does not teach suicide because eventhough Jesus gave His life, He still resurrected and is alive now. And we all know that Christianity does not teach murder. If "thou shalt not kill" is not clear enough, then I do not know what is
I was referring to the crucifixtion. Re-read my post to clearly understand.
Carol_au wrote:The crucifixion will always be a stumbling block, a problem for anyone who is not a believer. We have all spent hours trying to convince you that it was a planned and necessary event, prophesised by the prophets. We have spent hours trying to show you that the God who became man, yet never stopped being God, could only do it because He IS Almighty God. We have shown you how as God, Jesus hid himself to prevent murder taking place.. all things happened as Galations says "in the fullness of time" or to be more precise "at just the right time". We have tried to show you that you are so infinitely loved by God that He would have done anything for you.. AND DID.
And I thank you Carol. However the fact that God could be sacrificed disturbs me. In Islam, we are taught that God is the ever living and that He forgives all sins without the need to kill himself.
Carol_au wrote:He was there when you were formed in your mother's womb.
What was he doing in there?
Carol_au wrote:In fact He knit you together and made you the person you are today He knows when you rise up and when you lie down.
I agree
Carol_au wrote:This same God was not murdered, nor did He commit suicide.
Was he not killed? That’s murder. And apparently he wanted to die, and that’s suicide.
Carol_au wrote:He said He gave up His life for you.
How can God, the ever-living, die?
Carol_au wrote:He came to this earth as a baby, born, not out of sexual intercourse, but through the Holy Spirit.
How was he born through the holy Spirit? When Christians say that “Jesus was the only begotten son, begotten not made”, what does it mean?
Carol_au wrote:no not suicide, for the resurrection proves that this was no unplanned death..
Suicide is when one intentionally kills him/herself. According to Christianity, “God” committed suicide.
Carol_au wrote:All that God had put in place to achieve our salvation, and He himself took upon Himself to carry out, had been accomplished.
In Islam, God does not kill himself in order to forgive us. We just repent with sincerity and it is a promise of God to forgive us. No blood, murder or suicide needed. Thank God!
Omega wrote:If I were you, i'd rethink that!
I have and I remain adamant.
Omega wrote:Also If I were you I would drop to my knees at this very moment and pray the Lord Jesus for Salvation.
I understand that my comments probably frustrates you, but have you forgotten that I’m a Muslim? How can you expect me to drop my knees to a God that didn’t even say that he’s God and that we should worship him. As you are pleased with your religion, I too I’m pleased with mine.

I suggest you prepare yourself when the angels question you in the grave. That is where the punishment will begin.
