Friend,
1, showing the error of something is not judging a person, it is correction.
2, I don't have a holier than thou attitude. I'm sorry if confidence in what is spoken makes you feel that way.
3, you are soo wrong. maybe in this post I have qouted more from the OT, but I have qouted from the NT a lot more.
4, you say I miscomprehend, but you have done nothing to show error but give your opinion and everyone has an opinion.
what, does the scripture support graven images and pictures, etc? If they don't, then it is not bad comprehension, but rather a lack of acknowledgement, but I understand. If someone would have said these things to me four months ago, I would have most likely defended such things, but to God be the glory that I am not where I was four months ago. You see, if I condemned you or anyone else, I would be condemning myself because until a few months ago, I was the same. I am condemning the practice. It was not easy for me to make the many changes I have made over the past 5 years. But I thought it wiser to do what was right by God. If people think I have a holier than thou attitude because I stand by what little God has given me, I feel sorry for their improper judgement.
With Love,
The Persecuted...
