About Islam's stance on sin nature of humans I would say:
1) God created humans beings and the jinns so that they obey and worship him. This is clearly stated in the Qur'an. Another verse says meaning "what use humans would be of if it was not for their prayers."
2) One of the few hadith qudsi's (whose meaning belongs to God but verbal utterance belongs to Muhammad pbuh) says if humans were not committings sins, He would remove us and create another nation who commit sins and then regret and repent. One of the things God likes most is the tears of the repenting sinners.
You might see how information I mentioned in part 2 above relates to part 1.
As for what is allowed in Paradise, I think you should first consider how good and evil is defined. And also what "sin" means? If God is the source of all these definitions, that is to say if what God orders and allows is good and what He forbids and prevents evil, how can we question His will if He desires to apply them in a different way in Paradise, in a completely different design. Yet this is a statement of a general principle, we can still question your labelling as intoxicants, adultery and fornication of some aspects of life in Paradise. Thats because God's orders may relate to humans' personal relation with Him, some may relate to social order, some may relate to rights of living things, and others may relate to other reasons. So, we should ask which of these reasons will be valid in Paradise too.

The desire to commit sin echoes in the hearts and minds of every human being, how do you as a muslim embrace the sin nature that is prevalent in every human being, how do you explain it?
You notice if you hang around a child nobody teaches it to steal and covert and be selfish with it's toys, all negative characteristics, are you really sure that this is how God intentionally made us, to be evil as well as good. Is this how we are going to be in islamic paradise, doing good and bad, does islam address this sin nature?. This conflicts with the knowledge in the previous two testaments that God is love, that God has no darkness in Him period, then where on earth did our ability to do good and bad come from?.
If the shaytan that you believe in was cast out of paradise for not bowing down to Adam, (a conflict with not worshipping anything other than God, even in islam), and Adam was cast out for eating a fruit ( Do you by any chance have an idea what type of fruit islam says Adam ate?) what makes you assured that you won't be cast out of paradise for a similar crime, your ability to do good and bad is never wiped away if you are to go by islam... case in point you will be drinking wine and having sexual intercourse with 70+ virgins yet God banned shaytan from heaven forever for not bowing, and Adam for eating a fruit, but somehow He is going to accept drinking intoxicants, adultery and fornication in heaven. What makes you think He will tolerate and let you stand in His presence with any sin?
