lemmein, have you checked my sources? Probably not since truth is not in your vocabulary, and BTW after I get more proof this and more is going on my website. It is time people understood the truth.
As to those studies, what they show is that many teens who think they are gay will one day change their sexuality without counseling. Now other than you hysterical opinions can you refute these studies? Your saying one of them has been discredited does not prove anything.
As to reparative therapy, as stated on Dr. Throckmorton's site this method is not beneficial to all clients, however other methods are. So your hysteria over this one method of counseling is sophomoric, which by the way does not mean you are a sophmore. What do they teach in school these days?
You asked why the sexual orientation of psychiatrists was an issues and then you use the religious affiliation of a source of good information to discredit what is shared on the site. BTW, did you read it all or just pick out what you wanted? If this is how your "researched" ex-gays then your research is just as faulty as you claim these sites are.
So, I pick one site that references Christian sources, the others are not Christian sources, also there are many other sources I could have listed, which will be on my new web page.
Tell you what lemmein, when you get your Ph.D and M.D. then I will take your advise since I prefer to read the unbiased opinions of real professionals not the childish patterings of a sophomoric student whose goal in life is to design computer games and who thinks he has all the answers to human sexuality.
I must thank you for getting me started on this new page for my web site. Oh, and I am also researching clinical pathology and how it relates to ego dystonic homosexuality and paraphilia.
