Ephesians 4:26 - Be angry but do not sin; do not let the sun go down on your anger, and give no opportunity to the devil. RSV
These two have cohesion with "without a cause." It also shows that a person could be angry about something, but did not sin by being angry.
Not really since Paul wrote that one should forgive a wrong "before the sun goes down" or withing the same day. Also:
Matthew 6:14-15
14 For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you:
15 But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.
KJV
Matthew 18:34-35
34 And his lord was wroth, and delivered him to the tormentors, till he should pay all that was due unto him.
35 So likewise shall my heavenly Father do also unto you, if ye from your hearts forgive not every one his brother their trespasses.
KJV
Plus a multitude of others concerning forgiveness.
