ArchivedChristadelphianism :: Re: ChristadelphianismIn the first instance I suggest that whenever you wish to find out about the beliefs of a group which you categorise as a cult, that you go to the source. Either, speak to a Christadelphian, or go directly to their official statement of faith (which I can point you to if you wish). You are now nearer to finding out what we do believe, as opposed to what people think we believe, as I am a Christadelphian and we can have a direct discussion about this. You will find that you have some of what you think we believe correct, and some of it just isn't - i.e., you think we believe something that in actuality, we don't. Upon realising what we truly believe, you will have some points of agreement with us and some points of disagreement. Therefore: I suspect that upon finding out what we believe, you may still believe what you already believe, but at least you won't be so likely to claim we believe one thing when we believe another. You will no doubt wish to show me how you believe that I am wrong, but I do not see that you can do that until you have a correct grasp of what we do and don't believe. |
