Satan is viewed as misleading and misguiding people in Surah 4:119-120, but Allah is said to perform this in Surah 16:93.
"I will mislead them, and I will create in them false desires; I will order them to slit the ears of cattle, and to deface the (fair) nature created by God." Whoever, forsaking God, takes satan for a friend, hath of a surety suffered a loss that is manifest. (4:119)
Satan makes them promises, and creates in them false desires; but satan's promises are nothing but deception. (4:120)
If God so willed, He could make you all one people: But He leaves straying whom He pleases, and He guides whom He pleases: but ye shall certainly be called to account for all your actions. (16:93)
4:119 – 120 explain what satan does
one has to remember, Allah created satan… satan is just one of His creation… please do not say that God cannot do what satan can do… everything is in according to His will… including what satan do…
16:93 Allah can perform whatever He wants because He is God. He can be good and He can be bad according to His rule. He is the Almighty and Allknowing…
nothing is wrong about the two verses… maybe your God have limitations… unlike your God... Allah has no limitations or weaknesses…
