I did not vote because there are two definitions of evolution being mixed up in the choices. "Micro"evolution is simply variation and this happens at both the species and, occasionally, the genus levels. However "macro"evolution refers to a change in form and function which is represented genetically and in the types and numbers of proteins involved at the cellular level, among other things.
In other words, there are a number of different species of bear which are most probably all descendents of an original bear population. This is speciation, or microevolution. We have done the same thing, artificially, with dogs, cats, horses, and cattle. In nature we find the same thing with guppies, birds, frogs, etc. But NO bacteria or proto-bacteria EVER did, can, or will evolve into a bear. Genetically, it's impossible, and the evolutionists who have studied genetics basically know that.
It is one of the standard tricks in their bag that evolutionists use to 'prove' evolution: if we can see different kinds of bears, frogs, birds, whatever, then see? Of course evolution happened! You can see it!
But that is a lie. No bird ever evolved into or out of some other type of animal.
In the meantime, metamorphosis is NOT a form of evolution in either of the above ways. The only way it can be called 'evolution' is when we drop back to the simplest meaning of evolution, which is 'change'. In that sense, we are all evolving daily. In that sense, even a dead chicken evolves as it rots.
Folks, when you get involved in discussions regarding controversial subjects, whether it be creation/evolution or cults or even political parties, make sure you define your terms first so that everyone is talking about the same thing.
