2 Sam 12:21-23
22 And he said, "While the child was still alive, I fasted and wept; for I said, 'Who knows, the LORD may be gracious to me, that the child may live.' 23 "But now he has died; why should I fast? Can I bring him back again? I shall go to him, but he will not return to me." NAS
Was Jesus born with original sin? If Hebrews is correct the answer is yes.
Hebrews 4:15
15 For we do not have a high priest who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses, but One who has been tempted in all things as we are, yet without sin. NAS
This would open another can of worms in regard to Christ's nature since:
James 1:13
13 Let no one say when he is tempted, "I am being tempted by God"; for God cannot be tempted by evil, and He Himself does not tempt anyone.
NAS
In order for Jesus to be tempted He had to be fully human with a human nature and since He did not sin He had to be God since God cannot be tempted by evil and sin is evil.
