Loki,
The grudge I had is the way it was presented as if Muslims regardless of what sect they were from attacked Christians deliberately for their faith when in fact the pilgrims and others got caught between a civil war between Shia and Sunni.
The Sources you quoted showed a different agenda. Now before the civil war did not Christians and Jews practice their religion with no problem ? The Britannica even expressed how they florished in and out of Jerusalem before the Civil War when it was still under muslim rule
As for the back and forth rule of Jerusalem between the religions I have no objection to this and the cause for it in the eyes of both sides there are these words of G-d :
Before this We wrote in the Psalms, after the Message (given to Musa): "My servants, the righteous, shall inherit the Land." Quran 21:105
Thus we submit to and believe which you can find in the Psalms it self of your Bible. If the Jews are more righteous then they will have it, if the Christians are more righteous then they shall have it, and if the Muslims are more righteous then indeed we shall have it like we did before.
The scale will tip to he whom is the most righteous before G-d.
