I am not suprised you ducked the extended meaning of necromancy by appealing to black magic and sorcery being condemned by the Catholic Church. I am also not suprised by deny the Catholic Church does not use tactics involving semantics and an argument based on Biblical silence.
Who has the key to an ediface? The head of an organization may have a key to the front door and his office but only the janitor has a full set. In any construction project after the main doors are installed the owner does not have the keys the person in charge of constuction has the keys.
Before I left my last job the only person in the organization who had a full set of keys for all our operations including the Presidents office, her personal files, and our rolling stock was me; and I also had a set of keys to her home. Giving someone responsibility for something does not equate to having full authority. In the United States we have had some scandals involving financial scandals. In some cases the final authority did not know what was going on in marketing, advertising, and accounting. But the CEO is the one held responsible by governing authorities and stock holders.
Who is the Head of the Church of Jesus Christ according to the Bible? Who is the Chief Shepherd? All the bishops, pastors, deacons, and etc. in the Church of Jesus Christ are under the authority of the Head, not just one subordinate. Jesus told Peter to feed MY sheep, not YOUR sheep.
If I use your line of reasoning why didn't Jesus pray to Enoch and Elijah? These two men were bodily taken to heaven and were so loved by God they did not see death. They are also in heaven and are now perfect. Those who are in Christ on this earth and are walking with Him are the sons of God, so why appeal to a sister who is not physically in heaven? You appeal to Mary being perfect in heaven, but what does Jesus tell us on earth?
Matthew 5:48
48 "Therefore you are to be perfect, as your heavenly Father is perfect.

What does James teach:
James 1:4
4 And let endurance have its perfect result, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing. NAS
