Alexei
All you are saying is comming striaght out your head, none is in the commentary of the Quran.
All I read was Judas was killed instead of Jesus.
How Intresting since i didnt see his name anywhere in that Surah could you please tell me where the commentary got that from? Also where are you getting all this information about Jesus death, are you translating it how you want it to be?
Also could you tell me what happened after Jesus apparent death?
He Just left and he fooled everyone, or did he return in 3 days and tell everyone what had happened? and if he was gone for those 3 days what was he doing?
Obviously you have no answer except the little myth about Judas getting killed instead, Jesus being lefted up to God and thats all we know about what the ENTIRE Bible has spoken about, the death of Jesus.
Couldnt the Quran elaborate more on this very fundamental issue? Or was the ONE surah enough proof of what happened? Against the Entire Bible!
The Surah is very clear Jews Did not kill him yet they claimed they did.
Jews did Not believe he was the messiah yet in that Surah they seem to have. Some Muslims tell me a Roman solider was put in his place.
Oh but I like this one he WAS crucified BUT never died.
Get real Alexei, Jesus death is a Historic FACT! And we need more then one Confusing Surah that can be interpretated however you like to change that fact.
Oh by the way could you give me the context of the surah, what was the Context when the Jews said such a thing? were they at the foot of the cross? or at home washing dishes. You cant tell me because again the Quran doesnt state. It just says and expects you to believe, then you have to make up fables to put this story together and try to make it work.
historical reality of Jesus' crucifixion is an essential doctrine of the Christian faith. Without the crucifixion the resurrection becomes irrelevant, and without the resurrection Christianity itself is rendered meaningless, i.e. I Corinthians 15:14 "and if Christ has not been raised, then our preaching is vain, your faith also is vain."
