ArchivedAllah Or the Father?Hi Carol Well may be Mr Sanneh would like to tell us who bore responsibility for the innocent children who were killed as a substitution and ransom of Jesus when Jesus was still infant in Bethlehem? God told Joseph to run away to Egypt and save Jesus, then God substitute Jesus not by one man who might be a murderer who deserve death, but God substitute Jesus by thousands of innocent children? Is this the loving God of the Holy Bible? That they rejected Faith; That they uttered against Mary A grave false charge; That they said (in boast): 'We killed Christ Jesus The son of Mary, The Messenger of Allah.' But they killed him not, Nor crucified him, but so it was made to appear to them, and those who differ therein are full of doubts, with no (certain) knowledge, but only conjunction to follow, for of a surety they killed him not. Nay, Allah raised him up Unto Himself; and Allah Is Exalted in Power, Wise. And there is none of the people of the book (Jews and Christians) But must believe in him (Jesus) Before his death; And on the Day of Judgment He (Jesus) will be a witness Against them. [The Noble Qur'an 4:156-159]. What is meant by but so it was made to appear to them can be: 1- A substitute for Jesus. This substitute could be a killer or a murderer who deserve death. 2- It appeared to people that Jesus was crucified as it appeared to people at the time of Moses that the magicians have done magic while they didn't: He said: Nay, do ye throw! Then lo! their cords and their staves, by their magic, appeared to him as though they ran. [The Noble Qur'an 20:66] I think Mr Sanneh have never read the Noble Qur'an: "... God loves the doers of justice." [The Noble Qur'an 60:8] "... God loves those who are fair (and just). " [The Noble Qur'an 49:9] " On those who believe and work deeds of righteousness, will (Allah) Most Gracious bestow love. " [The Noble Qur'an 19:96]. "...God loveth those who make themselves pure. " [The Noble Qur'an 9:108]. "... For God loves those who put their trust (in Him). " [The Noble Qur'an 3:159] "It may be that God will ordain love between you and those of them with whomye are at enmity. Allah is Mighty, and Allah is Forgiving, Merciful. " [The Noble Qur'an 60:7] " And among His Signs is this, that He created for you mates from among yourselves, that ye may dwell in tranquillity with them, and He has put loveand mercy between your (hearts): verily in that are Signs for those who reflect. " [The Noble Qur'an 30:21]. "...for ye were enemies and He joined your hearts in love, so that by His Grace, ye became brethren; and ye were on the brink of the pit of Fire, and He saved you from it. Thus doth Allah make His Signs clear to you: That ye may be guided. " [The Noble Qur'an 3:103] " And He is the Forgiving, the Loving, "[The Noble Qur'an 85:14]. Thank you Alexei [/i] |
