ArchivedProve Islam with the BibleYes Believer I do. But it is you who chose to ignore my posts and not respond to any of the comments I made. Remember, the subject is to prove Islam with the Bible not the trinity. You want us to talk about Trinity? That's fine, Start a new post about that. However, I would add some points for you to review but I am sure it won't feed it too well. (1) If God was Trinity, why wouldn't the Jews realize that for almost one thousand year? Why is it Paul who talk of God as Trinity? All Jews were wrong and only Paul got it all? (2) If Jesus was God why would he defend himself against the Jews when they stoned him. He said :"Is it not written in your law, `I said, you are gods'? 35: If he called them gods to whom the word of God came (and scripture cannot be broken), 36: do you say of him whom the Father consecrated and sent into the world, `You are blaspheming,' because I said, `I am the Son of God'? " (3) If the Holy Spirit was God, why can't the HOLLY Spirit speak of its own authority but whatever the Holy Spirit will hear will speak? (4) Why do you even need to talk about the Nature of God. God can not be explained and can not be realized. So why dividing into three things which are one (which i never understood by the way) (5) What is the difference between Judaism and Islam ---> Almost none How is Christianity compared to both? ---> Really different (6)Look at those Historical references : 1) MITHRA, the Persian sun god a) Born to a virgin b) Born on the 25th of December c) Christmas and Easter were celebrated d) They had seven sacraments e) Baptism, Confirmation, and Eucharistic supper at which the communicants partook of the divine nature of Mithra under the species of bread and wine. 2) ATTIS of Phrygia: a) Born to a virgin b) the only begotten son and savior c) brought a new life to humanity d) rose from the dead DIONYSIUS or BACCHUS of Greece: a) The only begotten son of Jupiter b) born to a virgin mother named DEMETER on December 25th c) Redeemer and Savior d) He called himself the Alpha and the Omega e) and other similarities in death, and resurrection And those religions were practiced during and after the time of Jesus. Look at it this way. God created Adam, and because he sinned all people became sinners, and because of that, God's plan was to descend down to earth and have himself killed so all humanity can be free of sins. Now, as you know God has created Adam with the free well, and with that free well, God surely knew that Adam will have the right to choose between right and wrong. I am sure God knew this from the beginning. So, basically, this is how it will sound like : God knew Adam was gonna be a sinner and knew as well that all will sin, so he created them and went down on earth and died for their sins. Is this why God has created us? Did he creat us so he can die for our sins? If you read throughout the Old Testament, it is all about God telling his people to stop breaking the commandments and stop worshiping other gods. God punished the Jews on so many occasions to make them realize that they need to follow his well. Now suddenly, God decides to go down to earth and end it right there and die for the sins. How is this make any sense Believer? God wanted to impose Laws to keep order. God is fair and perfect and God knows that humans are not fair nor perfect, that's why their laws will never be fair. In Islam, if you sin, the first thing you can do is to free a slave. In Zakat, every poor man will get some money to help him out. Prayers, you pray five times a day glorifying the One and only GOD. Killers will no longer have their way. Thieves will no longer have their way. Islam encouraged Science and education, this is where the science evolution came from, it came from the Muslims. In Islam, there no is difference between White and Black. God wants us to worship him. Go wants to follow his well. God didn't create us to die for us. We aren't even anything to God. We should be dying for God not him dying for us. Salam |
