Science, Creation & EvolutionPhilosophy: free or determined will and the character of GodConsider this, if you made something for destruction, and that was its purpose, how is it "unjust" to allow its destruction? Its end was exactly as it was designed. God is always just. You define justice by your standards, yet scripture does not allow you to define "justice". Those not saved receive their "just" punishment. Period. There is no if or ands about it. We all deserve to be placed in separation from God, God therefore, is ALWAYS just in allowing us to be eternally separated. Just because He designed it that way does not change the fact that His design dictates eternal separation. Those He chooses to have mercy on He does. Those are for His reasons alone, and not for us to question.....cannot the potter do what He wants with His clay? (I suggest Romans 9:9 and on) This reasoning sounds harsh, yet the alternative is equally as harsh. I can only tell you what scripture says, not what I think is fair. I will let God be the judge of what is fair. |
