premarital Seth:
Ha haa...
In noooo way is the Koran a "suppliment" to the bible.
First of all when the Koran refers to the "scriptures" it's refering to the revealed books of OTHER PROPHETS!!
The bible isn't a "revealed book"; it's a COLLECTION of books and narrations by different authors.
The TORAH and the first 5 books of the Old Testament are 2 totally different things.
The TORAH is ONE BOOK from prophet Musa to the Children of Israel.
The "Pentatauch" is a collection of 5 books from an unknown author or authors making reference to Moses among other people and was put together by "Jews" and not the Children of Israel.. 2 totally separate groups of people.
The INJIL is the book that prophet Issa revealed, but now you got 4 gospels about a man with a greek name (Jesus) and we don't know WHO the true authors of THOSE 4 books are.
You also have a bunch of letters and statements from a man named Paul who didn't even get along with a disciple of Issa named Simeon let alone even MET Issa himself...yet he changed our prophet's name to "Jesus"(hail Zeus) and mixed it up with Greek mythology to create a new religion.
Ibrahim also had a book.
Solomon had a book.
Dawud had a book.
So the scriptures that the Koran points to is in NO WAY the "Bible".
Plus the "bible" is just a generic term because there are literally HUNDREDS of different Bibles around the world saying different things.
But there is only ONE Koran!
