Bleh, so it was the latter.
God says it's wicked, but doesn't give any good reason as to why.
So it's basically a "because I said so!" like a mother says to her child. The mother usually has a good reason though, so I suppose Catholics just assume that God has a good reason too, right?
That makes sense I guess; I was just hoping the Bible would make it more clear as to why God doesn't like homosexuality, instead of just quoting God as having had said "homosexuality is bad."
