Science, Creation & EvolutionHello! 14 here. What a gross mischaracterization of science? Science relies on evidence and reason. When new evidence is discovered which invalidates what we thought to be true, science welcomes it. This is a difficult concept for many Christians to grasp because it's the opposite of dogma; they see a changing stance as a weakness. Nothing could be further from the truth. If something that's taught today isn't taught in 50 years you can bet there will be reason, evidence and ample documentation on why the change was made. Religion (Christianity in particular) can make no such claim. The same outlandish & obviously false claims made by the church now will still be pumped into the ears of youngsters too young to understand they're being indoctrinated to believe absurdities.
