Christian/Muslim ThreadsQuran vs. BibleTry to stay focused. I did not say you are running, that is what you accused Christians of doing. My reply was to your convenient fiction Christians are running from challenges. I said, you are hiding behind the learned ones: The fact, nearly all your postings have the learned ones defense for Quran. As though Islamic scholars are Allah himself, therefore untouchable. You requested source material be cited, this I certainly did, and now you are critical even of your own request. Frankly, that is odd. Furthermore, in regards to CS Lewis and Answering-Islam. I believed Lewis' analogy of God begetting was pertinent to my argument: And the latter spoke well, on same opinion I have to Q: Q6:101, there was no need for originality. Although CS Lewis and Answering Islam are God's ministries, they are mere men and Christianity does not stand or fall with them. Which appears not the case with Islam and its learned ones. As I said before, if person choices to use source believed trusted, this would his business. And he stand or falls with that source. All in all, CS Lewis and Answering Islam are not infallible or untouchables of Christianity. You are more than welcome to make a case against their material which I used. joseph |
