BISMILLAHIRRAHMAANIRRAHIIM
It's not a question of number of words from each book, but it's a matter of how each (Yahwah and Allah) explains, understands and proclaim such words as Holy, Glory, etc. Again, if you don't want to start with the first word (Holy), then by all means, move on.
It's not a question of number of words from each book oke then.
Dear Mr newseed,
The original article of this thread is " God's vs Allah's" created by A.Slayer.
http://www.cephas-library.com/islam/isl ... allah.html
In that article, he made the comparison about God in Bible vs Allah of Muslims. He analyzed everything base on his Bible which is ok for you but REJECTED by Muslims.
The author looks unprofessional by putting oneun-necessary word at the end of the article. Such as:
Remember, the last word in Muhammad is *MAD!*
Childish.
How ever, I will use the way he presented his article (by showing you the verses of Bible). Now I will show you the word HOLY from AL-Qur'an.
Quran = 21 ( not 6) these are part of them.

059.023 Allah is He, than Whom there is no other god;- the Sovereign, the Holy One, the Source of Peace (and Perfection), the Guardian of Faith, the Preserver of Safety, the Exalted in Might, the Irresistible, the Supreme: Glory to Allah! (High is He) above the partners they attribute to Him.
AL FAT-H (48:25)
They are those who disbelieved and barred you from the Holy Mosque - and the offering detained so as not to reach its place of sacrifice - if it had not been for certain believing men and certain believing women whom you did not know, you might have trampled upon them, and so sin reached you because of (killing) them while you did not know. In order that Allah admits into His Mercy whom He will, had they (the believers) been easy to distinguish, We would have punished the unbelievers among them with a painful punishment.
SHAAD (38:1)
Saad, by the Holy Reading (Koran) of the Remembrance.
YAASIIN (36:69)
We have not taught him (Prophet Muhammad) poetry, nor does it become him. This is only a Remembrance and a Clear Holy Reading (Koran)
AL HAJJ (22:67)
For every nation We have appointed a Holy Rite which they shall perform. Do not let them dispute with you concerning the matter. Call to your Lord; surely, you are upon a Straight Path.
AL HAJJ (22:34)
For every nation We have appointed a holy ritual, that they pronounce the Name of Allah over the beast of flocks which He has provided them. Your God is One God; to Him surrender yourselves. Give glad tidings to the humble,
AL HAJJ (22:26)
And when We settled for Abraham (and Ishmael) the place of the Holy Mosque, (We said): 'You shall not associate with Me anything. Purify My House for those who circumambulate it and those who stand, for those who bow and prostrate.
AN NAHL (16:102)
Say: 'The Holy Spirit (Gabriel) brought it down from your Lord in truth to confirm those who believe, and to give guidance and glad tidings to those who surrender.'
AL HIJR (15:87)
We have given you the seven dual (verses, Al Fatihah) and the Mighty Holy Reading (Koran).
IBRAHIM (14:37)
'Our Lord, I have settled some of my offspring in a barren valley near Your Holy House; our Lord, in order that they establish the prayer. Make the hearts of people yearn towards them, and provide them with fruits, in order that they are thankful.
AL MAA-IDAH (5:21)
Enter, my people, the Holy Land which Allah has written for you. Do not turn back in your footsteps, lest you shall turn to be losers.'
AL BAQARAH (2:198)
It shall be no offense for you to seek the bounty of your Lord. When you surge on from Arafat, remember Allah as you approach the Holy Mountain of Mash'ar. Remember Him as it is He who guided you though before that you were amongst the astray.
Are those all explains the word HOLY according to Al-Qur'an?
I don't see much different with the way mr Slayer presented his article.
I will give you the tafsirs later if you want.
Salaam
