Ok, I have a question that has been bugging me a lot and your post reminded me of it. If God has a plan for us and will lead each one of us then I have the following question:
How come Christians want to lead me and not just let God do it? If God has yet touched my life then I obviously was not ready to see this grace hence trying to push me sooner is going against God's plan for me, no?
I hope you get what I am trying to ask. It's been a question I have been unable to ask because I was not really sure what I was asking.
I'm not quite sure I understand exactly what your trying to say but I will try and answer you to the best of my ability. God leads us both through His Word and through His followers. God abides within His children, hence God is able to direct someone to the truth through and by the believers who act as conduits. As to the underlined portion of my quote quoted by you, the Holy Spirit of God guides the person into all truth. The Holy Spirit cannot reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment, and
guide the believer into all truth, if it does not first abide within the person. A person is convicted of sin because the Holy Spirit within Him/Her convicts them of sin, a person is
guided into all truth because the Holy Spirit within them guides them into all truth, like the current of the wind.
The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit. (John 3:8)
God Bless!
