COMPARING
Polytheism and Christianity are both both umberlla terms, Polythesim incoportates hundreds of religious groups of different cultures all worshiping many gods. Chirsitanity has 10 to 20 branches of religious groups all worshiping the same one god and accepting Jesus as their savior.
Christianity and some Polytheism both have afterlives incoporating heaven and hell.
Other then the two abouve the systems are quite different.
CONTRAST
Christianity has a belief sytem where their is only one universal god and that he controls all aspects of life and the universe.
Polytheism however has a beleif system wehre is many many gods and goddess dividing the power up and controling different aspects of life.
Polytheism is far more ancient then Christianity and Polytheism has no universal prophet or book to fallow. Christianity has less tolerance towards other faiths while Polytheism does, Polytheism sometimes adopting forgien gods and different cultural practices.
Polytheism is united in the concept that the Earth is holy and is sacred,
While Christianity does not enphazies much on the topic of the holyness of the Earth.
