Christian/Muslim ThreadsNo contradictions in the Quran?????O.K. So let us discuss this difference. Do you not understand that Jesus was put on this earth for a mission. The Quran denies the most important thing Jesus did, and that is dying on the cross. If you do not believe this, you might not recieve eternal life. You Muslims are so close and have a good relationship with God, but u r just missing this little piece which is VERY important. You are, may I say, half saved(lol-there is no such thing) because you believe he resurrected. That's good. But Jesus died on the cross. Don't you see that makes a lot of sense. How else can we be forgiven of our sins? Jesus was the only perfect human being to ever step on this earth. He was sinless, and he had to shed his blood on the cross so that we may live. Now let me tell you this. Before Jesus died on the cross, the devil was trying in everyway to prevent him from doing so. The devil had some of Jesus' desciples think that he should not die on the cross and that Jesus shall stay with them. I am not saying the Quran is of the devil, because I do not want to offend you, but what I am saying is just like the devil, the Quran is trying to prevent people from believing Jesus died on the cross. Let me be hypothetical with you. Let us say that you are right by saying a man looking like Jesus, but not Jesus died on the cross. If I do not believe this and still maintain a relationship with God, I will not have nothing to lose, because I still have God in my life. Now let's look at the Muslims. If u guys don't believe Jesus died on the cross, you have more to lose than if we Christians believe that he did. If Muslims believed Jesus died on the cross(which they don't), what do you have to lose? You will not be punished by God for believing so. You will still enter heaven if u believed and obeyed God. But in reality, if you do not believe Christ died on the cross, you will be judged by God and will not be saved. |
