The above post by LindaBee2 in another thread doesn't sit well with me for some reason. Exemption from sin until some arbitrary "age of accountability"? Can someone show me how this concept is supported by the Scriptures? And when you do, please expain to me how the following verse fits in to your expanation:
- Psalm 51:5 Behold, I was shapen in iniquity; and in sin did my mother conceive me.
This verse seems to me to say that when we are conceived in our mother's womb, we are guilty of sin. And if that's true, then how can there be an "age of accountability"?
