"And Melchizedek
king of Salem
brought forth bread and wine:
and he(Melchizedek) was the priest of the most high God.
And he(Melchizedek) blessed him(Abram),
and said,
Blessed be Abram of the most high God,
possessor of heaven and earth:
And blessed be the most high God,
which hath delivered thine enemies into thy hand.
And he(Abram) gave him tithes of all."
Genesis 14:18-20
When Melchisedec gave the Bread & Wine to Abraham, they had communion! Abraham had a communion with Melchisedec. It was symbolic of the time when Jesus sat with the 12 Disciples and broke bread & wine with them? It was the same as when Melchisedec ate bread & wine with Abraham.
