Science, Creation & EvolutionEvolutionIf you could just add that you can't disprove evolution with science, then you would make me really happy. You mean to say that the gas will heat and the pressure will build up, it only expands if the force that caused the compression is gone. Ever heard of gravitational forces? If you put an enormous amount of gas on a pile, more gas in the neighbourhood will be attracted to it because of those forces. So all you need for planetforming is a big bunch of mass in a relatively small place and some more mass in the near surroundings. To illustrate the effect of gravitational forces a bit more: Two bowlingballs are attracted to eachother here on earth even. I could calculate the number of Newtons for you if I remembered the formula. It is only a very small number and far less then the frictions caused by air, and ground. So on earth the balls would never roll to each other by themselves. But in space there is no such thing as friction. Given enough time the balls would eventually get together. The same happens with gases. The forces are even smaller, but since there is no friction that doesn't matter. |
