ArchivedPray That Chief Justice Moore Wins His BattleFinally, I'm going to get off my 666th post. You don't know how uncomfortable that feels. Anyway: God can do whatever he wants. Especially to those who do not repent of their sins. Do you show remorse when you kill a bug? God has more power over us than we do over an insect. Sooner or later God will have to seperate those who follow Him from those who don't want to follow Him. You can't have those willing to repent and those not willing to repent in heaven at the sametime. Otherwise, it will be this sinful world all over again. I choose to go to heaven, therefore I follow God's word. If God sent me to hell despite the fact I followed Him, He would not be the just God that he is (although He can do whatever he wants). So, how would you think someone will feel if they were dragged into heaven against their own will kicking and screaming? If someone does not want to follow God and doesn't want to go to heaven, God is not going to force them against their will to go there. You get to choose where you want to go. Satanists know there is a God, but they choose to go to hell. Some people know that God exists, but still decide not to follow Him because of their pride. If your son or daughter does not listen to you, and you keep giving them warnings over and over and over again, and they still do not listen to you (plus you have not even punished them yet), sooner or later that punishment will have to come, or they will run all over you like roadrunner over cayote 8). In God's case, this judgement will be final, and this punishment will be everlasting, because you can't have a heaven with people who are not willing to respect God. When you go grocery shopping, don't you seperate the good fruit from the bad? Don't you take the good fruit and ignore the rotten fruit so the keepers of the market can later on burn it or throw it away and let the flies eat it? This is exactly what God is doing. Why would you all of a sudden take this "eternal punishment" thing like it's God's fault? If someone who is close to you was murdered (God forbid) and the murderer showed no remorse whatsoever, do you actually care if that murderer ended up dying? (I'm talking about your natural/initial feelings, but the best thing is probably to pray for his soul). Why would you now all of a sudden care about the eternal punishment of godless people? |
