If God didnt want us to eat Hollyberry, why did He create it?
If He didnt want us to drink blood, why did He create it?
If He didnt want us to get involved in witchcraft, why does He permit it?
In answer to your question, He made the catfish (unclean) to clean up the water, eat dead things. He made the swine to eat what other animals wont, He made the Owl to eat the dead animals, the mics that carry disease....
He made them to clean nature up, not to be eaten. A good argument can be made that originally, God did not intend for us to eat meat at all, but I shant take that stance, and it is rather moot since God was the first to kill an animal, and to tell us to eat meat (after Noah got out of the ark) (but that could have been intended to be a temprary command, but He saw no reason to undo it...)...
