Whom is worth of more praise according to the Koran?
Jesus or Mohammad?
Comparison between Jesus and Mohammad From The Koran
Jesus:
1. Birth : No earthly Father. Family Imran 3: 47
(Mohammad: Father died before being born. Some say that Mohammad was in his mother's womb for four years!)
[Though Adam also had no father, however, Adam was the first ever created, surely he had no father and no mother, how can he if there were no humans before him?.
Whereas Jesus came after billions before, yet he had no father as he was conceived by the Holy Spirit.
Another difference between Adam and Jesus:
Adam was created from dust (15:26; 15:28-29; 15:33; 38:71-72).
Jesus was incarnate by the Holy Spirit descending on The Virgin St Mary]
2. At Birth: was not touched by the devil
(Mohammad: was touched by the devil as any body else)
3. Mother : The blessed St Mary, only woman named in the Koran
Family Imran 3: 42 (and many others). A whole Surah named after her (Surah Mary).
(Mohammad: Both father and mother were pagans and died pagans)
4. Grand parents (Mary’s parents): Good and chaste Mary 19: 28
(Mohammad: From his mother side: none known? However, can't be but pagans, so was his father and all his fathers ancestors: all pagans)
5. Nursed : By the Blessed St Mary
(Mohammad: By a wet nurse who was very eager to send him back to his mother as she considered him strange, used to have fits)
6. Given provision as a babe; He and His mother:
Believers (Surah 23): 50: “ We made the son of Mary and his mother a sign; We gave them shelter on a peaceful hillside with flowing water”.
To whom else (mother and child) in the Koran was this mentioned as done? None.
(Mohammad: His mother gave him to a wet nurse. His father died before he was borne. his mother died when he was 6 years old. His grandfather then took his custody but then died within 2 years when Mohammad was 8 years old. Then his uncle looked after him. His uncle was a pagan and died a pagan. All those who looked after Mohammad were pagans and died pagans).
7. Spoke when was one day old: Mary 19: 24-26, 19: 30-33; Imran:46.
At infancy Family Imran 3: 46
(Mohammad: as all other humans)
8. Miracles as per Koran : Many: Family Imran 3:49; Feast 5: 110-115.
(Mohammad: None except Koran!)
9. Feast from heaven: Has a feast sent down from heaven so as his disciples have a festival: Feast 5:113-115.
( Mohammad: Never).
10. Raising dead as per Koran : Yes Family Imran 3:49; Feast 5: 110.
(Mohammad: None)
11. Telling future as per Koran : Yes Family Imran 3:49
(Mohammad: None)
12. Create : Yes Family Imran 3:49; Feast 5: 110.
(Mohammad: None)
[Of note that when God created Adam, God blow into the mud:
Surah 15:28-29:
015.028
SHAKIR: And when your Lord said to the angels: Surely I am going to create a mortal of the essence of black mud fashioned in shape.
015.029
SHAKIR: So when I have made him complete and breathed into him of My spirit, fall down making obeisance to him.
So here it is evident that: as God’s breath gave life (15:29) so did Christ’s breath gave life (3:49)
Whereas Moses: throw his stick that turned to a snake (did not blow into it):
007.107
SHAKIR: So he threw his rod, then lo! it was a clear serpent.]
13. Life : Blameless
(Mohammad: Killed, had slaves, had many women including marrying a 9 year old)
14. Was poisoned: Never
(Mohammad: yes)
15. Death : Raised to heaven 4:158
(Mohammad: died as effect of his poisoning)
16. Dust to dust: Body not corrupted
(Mohammad: is dust for last 1400 years)
17. At end of world: Will come to judge all humans. That will be at the day of Judgment. Will defeat the Anti-Christ.
(Mohammad: ?)
Koran:
Jesus will come at the end of the world, will descend from heaven:
"And he (i.e. Jesus) shall be a known sign for (the coming of) the Hour (i.e. Day of Resurrection). Therefore have no doubt concerning it. And follow Me (i.e. Allah)! This is the Straight Path." [az-Zukhruf 43:57-61].
[This is how most scholars of Tafsir explain this verse as Mujahid, Suddee, Qatada, Hasan al-Basri, Dahhaak and Ibn Zayd and Ibn Abbas. They all agree that Jesus will be the one who descends from heaven, kill the antichrist and bring peace to the world.]
(Mohammad: nothing of the sort came in the Koran about Mohammad inspite of the fact that he is the prophet of Islam!).
Hadith:
There are many Hadiths that also confirm the fact that Jesus will come to rule at the end of time:
Jesus: Ibn Taimiya said, after quoting the numerous chains reporting Jesus' being raised to heaven and his descent at the end of time, "These hadith are mutawatir from the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him). They have been narrated from Abu Huraira, Ibn Mas`ud, `Uthman ibn Abu al-as, Abu Umama, al-Nawas ibn Samaan, Abdullah ibn Amr ibn al-As and Hudahifah ibn Usaid
One of those hadith is the following: Abu Huraira reported that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "By the One in whose hand is my soul, soon the son of Mary will descend upon you as a just judge.
In another narration from Abu Huraira, the Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "How will you be when the son of Mary descends among you and your leader will be from among yourselves?" [Al-Bukhari & Muslim]
It is also confirmed in the Sahih from Jabir ibn Abdullah that he heard the Prophet (peace be upon him) say, "A group of people from my Nation will continue to fight in defense of the truth and remain triumphant until the day of Judgment." He also said, "Jesus, son of Mary (peace be upon him), will descend upon them.” [Saheeh Muslim]
(Mohammad: there are no Hadiths that give the same status to Mohammad, though the Hadiths are Mohammad’s own pronouncements!).
18. A Word from God : Family Imran 3: 45
(Mohammad: Just a man)
19. A Word Of God : Women 4:171
(Mohammad: Just a man)
20. A Spirit from God : Women 4:171
(Mohammad: Just a man)
21. Numerology:
Jesus: is mentioned 28 times in the Koran
(Mohammad: is mentioned in the Koran only 4 times by name: 3:144, 33:40, 47:2 and 48:29).
