regarding question whether quran mentions directly if bible is corrupted
i think nowhere does the bible itself mentions word bible in the entire bookbut It mentions about Injil that was given to Jesus. The first attempt to write the Injil was some 50 to 70 years after Jesus. In fact the first traces of writing was that of the Book of Thessalonians in the New Testament written in the year 50 –52 AD. The Book of Romans was written 57 years after Jesus. The Book of Revelations was written 95 years after Jesus.

Good I like this
No that is true, the Bible does not refer to the entire Bible as one collected Book, but there are several references, e.g. by Jesus (Luke 24) to the Law, the Psalms and the prophets, which basically is a reference to the entire Old Testament.
At that time there was no Injel and no New Testament.
As a matter of fact, Jesus never wrote a book, neither was he given a book, he gave the responsibility to his disciples, the apostles to be witnesses of the account (the Gospel account) and his teaching.
That is why the disciples began writing down the Gospel account before they passad away. Since the account could not go from person to person but only through the eyewitnesses directly; and this is what the Gospels are, the testimony of the eyewitnesses.
All except Luke were eyewitness, the Gospel of Mark was according to church history the account of Peter the Apostle.
Hence the three of them are accounts according to eyewitnesses and Luke comes in as an historians to verify it as an outsider.
That is basically a short summary of the history behind the Gospels.
Hence the actual Gospel, or as Syrian Christians used to called, the Injeel, which was adopted by the Qur'an, is originally not a book but an account.
According to the Epistles they elaborate on the teachings of Christ, in situations which are different from his time travelling in Israel.
According to some study, the Gospel account was memorized and proclaimed from place to place.
I am sorry, still working on my dissertation, otherwise I would go a bit deeper.
But basically, Jesus was given no book, otherwise this would be verified by history. The only Gospel account we know of which possess some integrity are the four you find in the Bible, and they can be traced back to the early Christians.
God bless bro
