Dear Sevryn
I do understand your frustration.
I have been traveling and living in Muslim countries, I have seen these things with my own eyes, I have even been arrested myself and having had to flee for my life several times.
I have met with pastors who were arrested and jailed for the their faith, who were badly tortured, having their stomach opened, keept in freezing water, etc.
I am frustrated too.
I have worked for several years, to be the voice of those persecuted.
We have tried to push out the notorious informations from Indonesia, Sudan and even Saudi Arabia.
Funny enough the media and our Western Politicians have simply made the choice to silence the matter in fear of racial accusations, and political compromise with our Arabic Allies.
Even in UK we have persecution of Christians, especially ex-Muslims who have converted to Christianity.
In the city of Bradford terrible stuff went on recently, when Christian familes, pastors and church buildings were targeted. The British government silenced the matter by describing a Asian riot which included the Hindues.
Recent years Christians in Britain have been jailed for sharing their message with Muslims.
Western Colleges and Universities, have a goal to destroy the Christian faith, and yet avoiding to offend any other belief system. This is what we Christians call the Spirit of anti Christ.
Yeah I find it amazing too, Palestine is always on the media agenda, as well as Iraq, but you hardly ever hear about Sudan and Indonesia, where persecution is much worse than in any of the mentioned nations.
However, brother, the Bible has predicted, that we as Christians will be hated. Believe me, Christians may find themselves persecuted in Europe within ten years, according to the formulation of the new laws.
Funny enough these laws will probably not effect the Muslim or Hindu communities.
So, we will be hated and persecuted. The Bible however, encourages us not to respond in anger, not to hate our enemies, and not to get frustrated.
I agree with you as well, I dont believe that the Koran is a revelation from God, however, you can share your view on that, fine, but you must show respect in the matter, e.g. avoid phrases like 'insane Koran', it will merely destroy your integrity.
Make it a goal, bro, be firm, yet be respectful.
God bless
Kai
