Christian/Muslim ThreadsIf the devil can be a snake, cant God be a man?And again I say, no it's not. Sure it addresses the human side of things, but it completely ignore the fact that God can have a supernatural hand in things. Sorry if you think that I was trying to explain the mind of God to you. That's not my place. I was only trying to provide another analogy that does take into account God, since your analogy completely left Him out. Tell that to an atheist. They'll argue all day long that logic leads to no God at all. I've never claimed the opposite, as you are insinuating here. The opposite of One God is No God, and that is not my argument. Nor am I claiming many Gods. I am claiming the Trinity (Father, Son and Holy Ghost) is one God. But you are just waving your hand and saying "Nonsense. I can't understand that so there's no way it can be true." No, the issue is that you have yet to see that things don't always work in a way that you will, or even can, understand. I attempted to bring that to your attention. Instead of taking a step back and seeing that God doesn't always have to do things so that you will comprehend them, you've done nothing but sling mud at me by calling me mentally challenged, naive, twisted, feeble, and assisted by the devil. Name-calling and attacks on character are a sign that you really don't have anything substantive to add to this debate, so I thank you for indirectly conceding to the points I've made. 8) |
