That is the orginal Sin concept.
Something which Islam doesn't agree with?
Bingo. We do not believe in Original Sin. We think it rather stupid for women to accept responsibility for Eve's actions, for they are not Eve, and they didn't do it.
Being human is not imperfect. Adam and Eve were perfect yet humans, right? Jesus was perfect in all ways as God and as a man, so He was perfect.
Death is a natural process for anything in this world. Even stars die!
Wrong. Being human IS imperfection in God's eyes. God is perfect, everyone will agree to this. God cannot die, nor does anything limit Him. Time and space are of nothing to Him, But you should know all these things. Jesus, on the other hand, did not have Ultimate knowledge [when asked when he would return, he replied: only my Father knows]. Jesus was limited to the boundaries of this world and had to submit to its limitations with occasional exceptions[miracles] from God. Death is a natural process for everything except for God and whoever God wishes not to die. Stars die, yes, but thats because they run out of fuel.
Being imperfect has to do with sinning. Christ was sinless. Imagine playing golf in heaven and making a hole in one everytime--that is not the perfection God is talking about. With that type of perfection, life would be boring. Also, Christ was born from a woman, but He also was born from a virgin woman. Thus, He did not inherit the sin of man. Hence, He is perfect.
Show me where it says imperfection is sin. Christ was sinless as a messenger, yes, but so was Moses, Abraham, and Muhammad. When one becomes a messenger, God forgives them of past sins, because they dutifully submit to His will, which is why in Islam [submittance to God's will], God forgives you of all sins when you take your Shahada [oath of a Muslim].
You are right in saying with that type of perfection, this life as we know it would be boring. The Angels are sinless, but not perfect. They are controlled by God as they have no Free Will, which is what Humans and Jinns have. Angels are forced to worship God and carry out His will. Next you say Jesus never inherited the sin of man, so he never died for our sins, right? kind of odd how your logic comes crashing down.
Jesus never said he was God. The Spirit never said he was God. The Father utters the words I am God in Isaiah. Jesus prayed to God, therefore he is not God.
