Paul wrote letters to different early Christian communities addressing their specific spiritual needs and problems. Paul may have admitted that this is his words, doesn't mean that they weren't inspired words of God.
His letters were written to aid and assist the early Christians, nothing here is ungodly.
He clearly stated that whatever he was writing was not from God but was his own judgement.
How sure are you the Zoroastrian creed is corrupted rather than naturally being different? You assume way too much.
Zoroaster's teachings in the Gathas have been translated directly from ancient Avestan--an ancient language very close to Sanskrit.
With little doubt these ancient Aryan writings were from Zoroaster.
I believe the reason you don't understand my argument is because you believe God only revealed himself to the Jews. Read through my arguments and you'll see I'm not really asuming two much.
Again, their concept of God, Satan, and the angels differ tremendously from our religions.
Zoroastraisn don't believe that Mazda created Ahriman(Satan), but the two spirits always existed. Zoroastrians are very dualistic.
Such dualism isn't found in Judaism.
Among other things, it's obvious that Zoroastrian beliefs weren't borrowed by Jews. The Jews may have been influenced by Zoroastrianism--but this is a very different concept that never implies Zoroastrianism was a true religion.
Sorry, but you missed what I was trying to say. The only written Jewish material that existed During Captivity was Deut. and a c ouple of Porphet sayings. The Bible was recorded during and after that time. When Cyrus liberated the Jews he libarated them in the name of YHWY and MARDUK. There is not even one mention of Judgement day in the Torah, heavens, hell, resurrection from dead...all of this was adopted after the captivity. Read through my argument again, you'll say how my assumption make sense.
It's like in Muhammed didn't totally ban Uzza and Lat, but made them "helper gods" or yazatas of Allah
Not true AT ALL.
First of all, Muhammed worked with his wife, Khadijah, who was involved in the caravan trade. With no doubt he traveled with his wife and met many people.
Even in Mecca there were many pagans, Sabeans, Magians, Jews, Christians, and hereticals. Muhammed had a rich variety of religious traditions in his own city!
Not true at ALL also. I suggest you evaluate your sources.
Because they were written centuries after Christ, they're very unreliable.
I'd believe every word from the Gospels before believing one word from apocryphal texts.
Actually some of them date to 60 AD. MAtthew's was written around 80 AD
No, I was talking about Jesus's childhood as described in the Quran. It's identical to the Infancy Gospels. The Quran borrowed these myths.
The Infancy Gospels were written 130 years after Jesus's childhood!
And by the way they were not in Arabic.
