Hiya, In Christianity, we wear crosses and symbols like that(like a tshrit that says I love Jesus, etc...) to express outwardly how we feel inside.
Christianity isn't about praying with your eyes closed. My paster even encourages if you are praying for someone to pray with your eyes open and focussed on the person you are praying for, or if you're praying in general to just look around and enjoy creation.
It depends on your mood and how you prefer to pray that how you pray.
Praying isn't just about asking God a lot of things, praying is about drawing close to God, talking to God, sharing with God.
We as Christians can give the whole load of our worries to God, who will lift it from our backs, so we can continue with life untroubled and stress free.
Christianity is all about having a deep personal and intimate relationship with God who loves you unconditionally. It is not about you doing good deeds, pray all the time or anything like that.
It is all about coming into a peacefull harmony with God, a loving relationship as a child to his father, or a bride to her husband.
Christianity is all about love, and that is how you can recognize true Christians.
True Christians are loving, gentle, caring, patient, etc... all the fruits of the Spirit. And if they are not but willing to change they are also Christians, but growing in their faith.
