I've said that many times myself.
Now, let me know if this is a good idea or not, regarding equal rights:
1. That heterosexuals have a Heterosexual Pride Day. This would include parades, parties, what have you.
2. Heterosexuals also are entitled
to everything the homosexual community has already: protection under the law, to be safe from harassment, and we'll even pass "hate crimes" laws to protect straights.
3. The coining of the word heterophobe. It's only fair.
4. Miscellaneous entitlements for heterosexuals. This could be anything from running around in the buff to riding a horse to campus.
I think I covered everything. If I missed something, let me know and I'll include it.
BTW the church I was born into forbids remarriage, in fact, forbade marriage to the priesthood, and does not encourage divorce either, and I'm sure you know which one I'm talking about. I make no apologies for leaving that church, either, since becoming born again 7 years ago.
