Possible location, thought by some, and etc. is not proof of any historical event. Also per your own references the Kaaba preceded Muhammad by 7 centuries, which makes it a pagan place of worship, which by extension shows that Islam is descended from a pagan religion.
The word "Paran" is found 11 times in the Bible. The Wilderness of Paran is south of the territory that God promised to Abraham's descendants. Mount Paran is would be on the southern border of what we refer to as the Holy Land. The Holy Land is bordered on the north by the Euphrates and on the south by the River of Egypt.
