ArchivedThe SIMILARITIES and DIFFERENCES(Islam V.S. Christianity)I'm sorry. Not accepting Jesus as Savior is a sin, but not the unforgivable sin. Blaspheming against the Holy Spirit is the unforgivable sin as stated in Mark 3:29 by Jesus. So if I were you, I wouldn't go around calling the Holy Spirit, the "wholly" spirit. The bible does say though that you can be against Jesus at first but be forgivenwhen you repent. Look at Matthew 12:31-32, Jesus says that if you blaspheme against the Holy Spirit, that is unforgivable, but if you speak a word against the Son of Man(Jesus), it can be forgiven. Therefore rejecting Jesus as Savior is like speaking a word against Him, that is a sin because how can you be forgiven for something if it is not a sin in the first place? |
