The divorce rate among Southern Baptists and non-denominational Christians runs about 52% and the divorce rate among atheists and Catholics is about 12% but what does this have to do with homosexuality?
I was in gay relationships is Colorado, Nebraska, and Texas beginning in about 1970 and not once experienced a single act of discrimination and violence.
Now that ImpishAngel edited her post instead of replying to my question I will respond to her OP. Your Mr. Bryce is disseminating misinformation. The only group that pickets gay funerals and parades around with hate filled signs is Phelp's cult, which is far from a Christian group.
When was the last time a Christian was killed just because they are a Christian? I suppose you mean in the U.S. This is a difficult question to answer since the media does not report on gays killing Christians, however a 19 year-old gay men killed a grandmother who simply asked him why he is gay and his response was based on her being a Catholic. Then there is the case of the 15 year-old lesbian who killed her grandparents so she could be with her lover in the summer of 2003. In the United States this does not happen often but then you will not find to many cases where Christians have killed gays simply because they are gay. Now, on an International level millions of Christians are being slaughtered simply because they are Christians in 3rd world contries controlled by Islamic law. You can get some real facts by searching the Internet.
