First, a person who professes to be a Christian and does not obey the Son is self-deceived so your take on Romans 1:18-21 is begging the question. Second, when God says He will deliver or save us from His wrath when we are in Christ to say otherwise is to label God a liar. To use your lifeguard analogy, if a person is heading into dangerous surf and a lifeguard prevents him the lifeguard has "delivered" that person from the wrath of the water. Lifeguards do more than pull drowning people from the water.
Now, lets not stop right here since you did not address the NT teaching on the Law. However, the Scriptures you pulled out of context do not make your case.
1 Corinthians 3:10-15
10 According to the grace of God which was given to me, as a wise master builder I laid a foundation, and another is building upon it. But let each man be careful how he builds upon it. 11 For no man can lay a foundation other than the one which is laid, which is Jesus Christ. 12 Now if any man builds upon the foundation with gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, straw, 13 each man's work will become evident; for the day will show it, because it is to be revealed with fire; and the fire itself will test the quality of each man's work. 14 If any man's work which he has built upon it remains, he shall receive a reward. 15 If any man's work is burned up, he shall suffer loss; but he himself shall be saved, yet so as through fire. NAS
When taken in context vs. 13 is addressing our works not God's wrath. We will be rewarded in heaven based on our good works on earth.
1 Peter 1:17-21
17 And if you address as Father the One who impartially judges according to each man's work, conduct yourselves in fear during the time of your stay upon earth; 18 knowing that you were not redeemed with perishable things like silver or gold from your futile way of life inherited from your forefathers, 19 but with precious blood, as of a lamb unblemished and spotless, the blood of Christ. 20 For He was foreknown before the foundation of the world, but has appeared in these last times for the sake of you 21 who through Him are believers in God, who raised Him from the dead and gave Him glory, so that your faith and hope are in God.
NAS
When you put vs. 17 in its full context Peter is not teaching about God's wrath but about our redemption in the Lord.
Revelation 20:11-21:1
11 And I saw a great white throne and Him who sat upon it, from whose presence earth and heaven fled away, and no place was found for them. 12 And I saw the dead, the great and the small, standing before the throne, and books were opened; and another book was opened, which is the book of life; and the dead were judged from the things which were written in the books, according to their deeds. 13 And the sea gave up the dead which were in it, and death and Hades gave up the dead which were in them; and they were judged, every one of them according to their deeds. 14 And death and Hades were thrown into the lake of fire. This is the second death, the lake of fire. 15 And if anyone's name was not found written in the book of life, he was thrown into the lake of fire. NAS
Why did you skip the first 12 verses of Revelation 20? Those destined to rule with the Lord were resurrected first:
Revelation 20:4-6
4 And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given to them. And I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded because of the testimony of Jesus and because of the word of God, and those who had not worshiped the beast or his image, and had not received the mark upon their forehead and upon their hand; and they came to life and reigned with Christ for a thousand years. 5 The rest of the dead did not come to life until the thousand years were completed. This is the first resurrection. 6 Blessed and holy is the one who has a part in the first resurrection; over these the second death has no power, but they will be priests of God and of Christ and will reign with Him for a thousand years. NAS
Now lets look at your last verse taken out of context:
Revelation 22:10-15
10 And he said to me, "Do not seal up the words of the prophecy of this book, for the time is near. 11 "Let the one who does wrong, still do wrong; and let the one who is filthy, still be filthy; and let the one who is righteous, still practice righteousness; and let the one who is holy, still keep himself holy." 12 "Behold, I am coming quickly, and My reward is with Me, to render to every man according to what he has done. 13 "I am the Alpha and the Omega, the first and the last, the beginning and the end." 14 Blessed are those who wash their robes, that they may have the right to the tree of life, and may enter by the gates into the city. 15 Outside are the dogs and the sorcerers and the immoral persons and the murderers and the idolaters, and everyone who loves and practices lying.
NAS
The only people that will be rewarded are those who go in the 1st resurrection, therefore to try to apply verse 12 to mean Christians are subject to the wrath of God again demonstrates you have little to no understanding of the Bible.
If your agenda is to show the fallacy of the pre-trib rapture position then you are going to heretical extremes to make your point.
Now lets see your explanation of the NT teachings concerning the Law and Christians.
